Pipeline Rocks is operated by AI Force, LLC, based in Raleigh, North Carolina.

The Platform is powered by GoHighLevel (“GHL”), a third-party infrastructure provider that we white-label.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

By using the Platform, you represent that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• You will use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws

4. Account Registration and Responsibilities

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Platform Use and License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for its intended purpose.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Platform
• Use the Platform for unlawful or abusive purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Platform

6. Customer Data and Responsibilities

A. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Platform (“Customer Data”).

B. Your Responsibilities

If you use the Platform to collect or manage data about others:

• You are responsible for obtaining all required consents
• You must comply with applicable data protection laws
• You must handle all data subject requests

C. Our Role

• Pipeline Rocks acts as a service provider or data processor
• GoHighLevel acts as a subprocessor

We process Customer Data solely to provide the Platform.

7. AI and Automation Disclaimer

The Platform may include AI-powered features designed to assist with workflows, insights, and recommendations.

You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs are generated automatically
• Outputs may not be accurate, complete, or reliable
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs

We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

8. Payments and Billing

If you purchase paid services:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees
• Payments are processed through third-party providers
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

We reserve the right to:

• Change pricing with reasonable notice
• Suspend services for non-payment

9. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party services, including GoHighLevel.

We are not responsible for:

• Third-party systems, outages, or failures
• Data handling practices of third parties
• Any losses caused by third-party services

Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, design, features, and functionality are owned by Pipeline Rocks or its licensors.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute Platform content
• Use branding, logos, or materials without permission

11. Confidentiality

You agree not to disclose any non-public information about the Platform, including:

• Features, workflows, or system design
• Business strategies or proprietary processes

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in unlawful or harmful activity
• Fail to pay required fees

You may terminate your account at any time.

Upon termination:

• Your access will be revoked
• Your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee:

• That the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• That results from use will be accurate or reliable
• That the Platform will meet your specific needs

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Pipeline Rocks shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pipeline Rocks from any claims arising out of:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your handling of Customer Data

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in North Carolina.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

We will update the “Last Updated” date and provide notice where appropriate.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
